This consists of a specific sequence of 26 poses and two inhaling exercises practiced in a room heated to 105 degrees and 40% humidity. All Bikram working rooms practice the same 90-minute. Don’t forget, the dynamic practice join with the heat can make the class hard working. If you are new to Bikram, Rest when you need and think positive. In the heated yoga room, your body needs much water to allow perspiration to discharge heat from the body. So we assume you need another 68-80 ounces (during the practice day) to allow for your 90 minutes in the room. When you are drinking enough water your body will accept the heat better and you will actually enjoy the heat.
